The PDO Threadlift procedure
PDO threading uses threads made of polydioxanone (PDO) delivered with hypodermic needles or cannula. The threads inserted into the deeper layers of skin, naturally and fully absorb after about six months.
The PDO threads stimulate the production of collagen and the development of new blood vessels, which improves circulation and makes skin healthier. In fact, collagen reconstruction begins almost immediately by inflammatory response.
PDO suture used in procedures such as open-heart surgery for years, offers a very safe alternative to cosmetic surgery.

Ready to look you best? A few tips to prepare…
Do Not take ASPIRIN (Anacin, Bufferin, or Baby Aspirin) or IBUPROFEN (Advil, Motrin, or Nuprin), or NAPROXEN (Aleve) or Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDS) like these medications, for Ten (10) days before surgery. These substances impair platelet function in the normal clotting process and thus promote bleeding and bruising. It is permissible to take acetaminophen (Tylenol).
Do not drink alcohol for 2 days prior to surgery, this might cause excessive bleeding, decreased resistance to infection. Please avoid red wine for 4 days before surgery to minimize bruising.
Diet before surgery: You should eat a light meal before arriving at the office for your procedure.
Please refrain from smoking 2 day before and 2 days after the procedure.
